Jasmine Gregory, MSW, LICSW

Healing isn't just personal—it's cultural.

Whether you're processing a difficult past, navigating a major life transition, or trying to figure out who you are outside of everyone else's expectations, therapy can help you take back control of your story. As a BIPOC therapist, Jasmine understands that healing often involves more than individual experiences. She creates a space where clients don't have to explain the cultural nuances of their family dynamics, identity, or the impact of systemic stress before meaningful work can begin.

Jasmine works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and identity exploration. She has a particular passion for helping clients reconnect with themselves, move beyond survival mode, and build lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Her therapeutic style blends evidence-based treatment with genuine connection, honesty, and a healthy sense of humor. She's not a nod-and-smile therapist. Jasmine will hold space for your hardest moments while gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Think of her as the co-pilot who isn't afraid to point out when you're driving in circles—and who might use a Marvel reference or reality TV analogy to help make a difficult concept click.

Jasmine believes therapy should feel like a real conversation. Sessions are collaborative, approachable, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. Whether you're untangling long-standing trauma, working through anxiety, or redefining your identity, you'll find a therapist who is fully present, culturally responsive, and committed to helping you become the author—not just the audience—of your own life.

Supervision

In addition to providing therapy, Jasmine serves as the Clinical Supervisor for Tetra Counseling's associate and intern therapists. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians and helping them develop confidence, clinical excellence, and authenticity in their work. Her supervision style mirrors her approach to therapy—supportive, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Jasmine believes great therapists are developed through curiosity, meaningful reflection, and a willingness to continue learning, and she is honored to help guide clinicians as they grow into the therapists they aspire to become.
