Tetra Counseling was built with both client care and clinician wellbeing in mind. We prioritize thoughtful, ethical, evidence-based therapy without a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our clinicians value collaboration, clinical curiosity, and cultural humility. We believe the relationship you have with your therapist matters—and we’re committed to helping you find a therapist who makes you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
-
Tetra Counseling may be in-network with select insurance plans and also offers private-pay options. Insurance acceptance can vary by clinician. We recommend discussing your insurance and payment options during your consultation so you can make an informed decision before starting therapy.
-
A 15-minute consultation is a brief, complimentary call to help you decide whether a therapist at Tetra Counseling is the right fit for you.
To prepare, it can be helpful to think about:
Your top one or two concerns you want to address in therapy
What has or hasn’t worked for you in the past
Any expectations you have for a therapist
How your current challenges are impacting your daily life and how you’d like things to feel different
You’re also encouraged to bring questions about the therapist’s approach, values, and experience.
