Therapy doesn't have to feel awkward, intimidating, or like you're talking to someone who just nods and takes notes.

Whether you're a teen trying to make sense of what's going on, a young adult navigating life's next chapter, or an adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or major life changes, Chelsea creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are. She meets clients where they are—whether that means diving into the hard stuff or simply starting with what happened this week.

Chelsea specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions. She has a particular passion for helping teens who may have felt misunderstood or disconnected in previous therapy experiences. Many of her adolescent clients come in convinced therapy isn't for them—and often leave surprised by how comfortable they feel opening up.

Her approach is direct, genuine, and down-to-earth. Chelsea doesn't believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical. She shows up as a real person, bringing warmth, honesty, and humor into the room while creating space for meaningful growth. She'll laugh with you, challenge you when it's helpful, and support you through the difficult moments without losing sight of your strengths.

Chelsea incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build practical skills, gain confidence, and create lasting change. Whether you're working through anxiety, OCD, depression, or simply trying to figure out what's next, therapy with Chelsea is collaborative, authentic, and focused on helping you move forward.

Chelsea earned her Master's degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State. She is completing her clinical supervision toward independent licensure under the supervision of Jasmine Gregory, LICSW, at Tetra Counseling. With years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families, Chelsea is passionate about helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
