About Chelsea

Chelsea Arbogast, LMHCA

Chelsea is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State

Chelsea brings several years of hands-on clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe mental illness. She earned her Master of Counseling from Grand Canyon University and has continued to sharpen her clinical edge through ongoing, evidence-based training. Chelsea works especially well with older teens and adults who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and actually do the work. If you're motivated, even a little unsure, but willing to show up—she’s probably your kind of therapist.

Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, and trauma, with additional training in evidence-based approaches that get beyond surface-level coping and into real change.

Her style is direct, warm, and real. She won’t sit back silently while you stay stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you—but she also won’t bulldoze you. Expect honesty, thoughtful challenge, and a bit of humor when things get heavy (because sometimes that’s how we stay human).

Chelsea is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and respectfully challenged. She meets you where you are—but she won’t leave you there if you’re ready to grow.
